Terms of use — mobile application
These terms of use (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the KWASH Pro mobile application by any user with a subscriber account (station manager) or an employee account (staff authorized by the subscriber).
By installing, creating an account, or using the app, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the application.
1. Purpose of the service
KWASH Pro is a professional tool for managing bookings, wash services, cash register operations, reports, staff, pricing grids, and business notifications, under a subscription with the publisher or its distributor.
2. Accounts and access
- Subscriber account: for the legal representative or manager of the station.
- Employee account: created by the subscriber; permissions depend on the assigned role.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the app only for lawful professional purposes, not to circumvent security, access other subscribers' data, or disrupt the service. The publisher may suspend access in case of serious or repeated breach.
4. Personal data and privacy
The KWASH Pro publisher does not collect personal data within the meaning of the GDPR: no data that directly identifies a natural person is gathered, stored, or used for commercial or profiling purposes by the publisher through the app.
Information strictly required to operate the service (e.g. professional session identifiers tied to your station) is used only to provide access and does not constitute personal data collection by the publisher under these Terms.
The subscriber remains solely responsible for any data they enter about their customers or staff. For questions, contact the publisher (section 11).
5. Notifications
The app may request permission to send push notifications. You may disable them in device settings; some features may be limited.
6. Availability
The publisher strives for continuous availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access (maintenance, updates, force majeure). Features may change without prior notice.
7. Intellectual property
The app, brand, UI, and software are protected. No license beyond professional use under subscription is granted.
8. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct, foreseeable damages resulting from proven breach of the publisher's obligations.
9. Term and termination
These Terms apply for as long as you use the app. End of the commercial subscription deactivates access. Confidentiality and IP provisions survive termination.
10. Changes
Terms may be updated at any time; the date at the top of the page applies. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
