Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Smart Data System (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores and protects personal data in connection with the KWASH Pro application and related services. It applies to users of the app (station subscriber admins and authorized employees).
By using KWASH Pro, you acknowledge this policy. For service terms, see also our Terms of Use.
1. Who is the data controller?

The station subscriber may also act as controller for customer, vehicle or staff data they enter in the course of their business. In that case we primarily act as a technical processor hosting and processing such data on their behalf.
2. What data do we process?
- Account data: name, phone, email, login credentials, access profile/rights.
- Business data entered by the station: customer details, plate numbers, bookings, wash services, amounts, expenses, washer/employee info, wash subscriptions.
- Technical data: auth tokens, technical logs, device identifiers for push notifications, IP address (security/audits).
- Location: if used by a feature (e.g. booking/station context).
- Subscription payments: payment references/status for the SaaS subscription; payment instruments may be handled by third-party processors.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- provide, secure and improve KWASH Pro (contract performance);
- enable station operations for the subscriber and staff;
- send operational notifications (legitimate interest and/or consent as applicable);
- support, billing and subscription management;
- comply with legal obligations and prevent abuse/fraud.
4. Sharing
Data may be shared only with authorized station users, our technical providers (hosting, email, push, payments) as needed, and authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal data for advertising.
5. Retention
Data is kept for as long as needed for the purposes above, including during the subscription and applicable legal retention periods. After termination, access is disabled; data may be archived or deleted per contract and law.
6. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures (authentication, access control, secure communications, logs). No system is perfectly secure; please protect your credentials and report suspicious activity.
7. Device permissions
Depending on features, the app may request push notifications, camera, location, and storage/share access. You can revoke permissions in device settings; some features may then be limited.
8. Your rights
Where applicable (including GDPR), you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. For station-entered business data, also contact the station subscriber. Contact SDS at support@sds-apps.com. You may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
9. Children
KWASH Pro is a professional tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal data.
10. International transfers
Data may be hosted or processed in the EU or other countries. Where required, appropriate safeguards are applied.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The last-updated date appears above. Material changes may be communicated in-app or by email.
